Very Good

We were pleasantly surprised with our room - we've paid more to stay in places which weren't as nice in the past. Room was clean, big shower (cold water only seemed to work). We requested a room away from the road/bar noise and had no difficulty sleeping.

Very friendly staff. Chill vibes. Good area.

Toilet leaked water, room was not very cozy. Shower gel bottle was empty. Tortillas I ordered were a child's portion, mini tortillas.

Great experience during our short stay, would repeat for sure!

Staff - they're extremely nice, helpful and approachable. They were ready to help with anything we needed and were very friendly. Location - it's close to many shops, restaurants and bars. Space - The place itself was super cute. The lobby/bar area is perfect to chill. Food and drinks are also available and big portions!!

There was a leak in our bathroom and the lower part of the shower could be better. But the staff informed us as soon as we arrived and apologised for it so can't really complain.

The air conditioner was not cooling, the room smelled of dampness, the TV wasn't working, I was also made to wait 30 minutes to get into the room, for security reasons, they demanded 1500 pesos with the condition of paying it back later.

I couldn’t recommend this to any of my friends...

It’s a peaceful place with lots of Koreans roaming around the road of La Place. The front desk staff is very nice and pleasant.

It is very far from the airport not advisable to any traveler’s. From ferry terminal it cost us P247 since we’re not familiar with the location so we took taxi. Then, the next day is our flight we headed to the airport the cab fare is P250. My husband almost got mad at me since I made the whole bookings. He had a better choice which is near from the airport but I insisted. At least it gave us lessons, & damaged is done.

Bang tidy

The staff where ever so friendly when we arrived hours before check in they went above and beyond to put up a hammock for us to have a nap in. The location is good with lots of food around. Not too far from air port. WiFi was strong. All in all a good stay in a very pretty room that was nice and clean. Also a pet dog called milky who was just the cutest

The shower in the room was not very strong more of a light sprinkling than a shower.

Recommend!

It was a last minute booking and managed to get the deluxe double bed room with it's own bathroom, otherwise most of the other rooms have to use a shared bathroom. Our hostess, Rose, was super friendly and helpful. My BF and I are nightowls so it was great to be allowed to use the pool table in the lobby late at night with Rose around to keep us company and guide us through getting around the Maribago area. Location was quite sketch but was not a problem for us, as we wanted to experience the local style and it's location is in between everything you need with just walking distance. Great price for its basic necessities if you just need a simple place to sleep in during your holiday.

Fortunately haven't experienced it but would've probably not booked under La Place if the only rooms available were those with shared bathrooms - just a personal preference.

Wonderful

Great economical accommodations. Still under renovation but the end result should be excellent.

About 4 am things got noisy as a rowdy group came home. One of the other guests told them to go to bed, that seemed to work.
